About the Program

Beauty is a serious business frontier.

BeautyTech U™ is a next-generation workforce development and innovation program that uses the beauty industry as a lens to teach the most in-demand skills of the modern economy — AI, data, systems thinking, consumer intelligence, entrepreneurship, and cultural storytelling.

Designed for students and professionals across disciplines — business, computer science, communications, marketing, and entrepreneurship — BTU meets learners where their curiosity already lives.

Presented by Ebony J. Karim, Founder & CEO of The Beauty Genie® — as seen in Forbes, ESSENCE, and Black Enterprise.
